In times like this, I often forget who Jesus is.
I draw away, I give up and I waste a lot more time building myself up.
The song above (Jesus at Your Name We Bow the Knees) reminds me of the days where I was so faithful, the presence of God was so strong in my life, problems were like mustard seeds to me.
Like Pauline said yesterday, when your relationship with God is close, problems seem so small, yet when you begin to draw away, or have "bad times" with God, even the smallest problem can break you down.
Now that I have built myself up after umpteen times of falling, I don't wish to waste any more of my time not serving Him.
I know and am assured of who saved me, who gives me victory and who my Lord is
It's through the Spirit, and through His word, I'm able to be encouraged to move on.
All I gotta do now is have Faith and Stretch Out like the Woman With the Issue of Blood.
It was because she reached out through the crowd to Jesus, she had faith, thus having a touch from Heaven and she had been made whole.
Like "Mark", he forgave the one who condemned him and he gave an offering from his heart. He was made whole, healed from leprosy.
I wanna be able to have that faith to stretch out to God.
Give me Jesus, to stretch my capacity, to increase my faith, to let me forgive more.

I realise that since school started, I've been out of the world.
I've been so cooped up with work, driving and church, I hardly have time to care about what's going on outside.
Finally I got my break, I settled down to observe things around me, I realise that I'm really really out of the world.
I've gotten out of the lives of the friends who truly love and care about me.

Fear is an emotional response to threats and danger
Fear of losing someone close has caused my sleep this whole night.
I've never ever lost my sleep over anything and this is the first time I'm so fearful.
They say, "he's old, if something really happens, you gotta be ready"
I'm not ready, and I'm scared.
I've tasted the love that a grandparent can give to his grandchild, I don't want to lose it yet.
I've yet to taste the love a grandchild has for her grandparent. I don't want to let go yet.
I am afraid that one day, I can't motivate myself to move on like I used to.
I thank God for friends like Sarah and Jun, who stood beside me and encouraged me throughout the whole night.
